Comfortable room, excellent staff, located just a short distance from the main square, which made exploring the area incredibly easy, and the hotel also provides convenient amenities like a bar/lounge area where you can enjoy a drink after a long day.

room service cleaning was a disaster, and I had to put up with old towels. For a supposed upscale hotel, a complimetary welcome gift woudl ve been nice. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but nothing was exceptional enough to warrant it. how disappointing this stay was at best western plus, Lviv.

It was great to be just a short stroll away from both the Lviv Historical Museum and Armenian Cathedral, enriching my sightseeing experience.
